There are 6 Plat Maps that define Sea Cliff. On these Plat maps are some Special Provisions
that are of interest to Members. These Plat maps also delineate the boundaries

Articles of Incorporation

This document filed with the Secretary of State in 1965 created Sea Cliff as a non-profit corporation. There are several key provisions which together with our BYLAWS define what our responsibilites are. Select the link on the menu to the left to view this one page document.

The original bylaws consisted of Articles I thru X and Exhibits A,B,C and were approved
sometime in late 1960's. They were subsequently ammended numerous times.

Article XI with Exhibit D was added and approved September 2002.
The bylaws through Article XI were recorded with Pierce County Auditor on January 31, 2003 and is document number: 200301310650

Article XII along with a Resolution and Proposal was added and approved September 2005.
